Manchester United x Estée Lauder

The Brief

For our first collaboration with Estée Lauder’s New York office, MnD Studio was commissioned to produce a hero film and supporting social assets to showcase the brand’s partnership with Manchester United FC.

The brief was to develop premium, confident content, optimised for cross-platform social performance and global adaptability, with particular focus on APAC and India. Crucially, it also needed a clear emphasis on Estée Lauder’s hero product, Advanced Night Repair.

Creative & Production

The production featured a full commercial-level setup, including two complete set builds. We invited director Helena Charlton-Jones to lead the project, chosen for her fashion and beauty expertise and her ability to tell compelling women’s stories.

This was a high-pressure football environment where MnD had to balance the complexity of multiple stakeholders, brand sensitivities and tight player access, to allow the creative team to stay focused.

Known for creating spaces where talent feels confident and empowered, Helena brought a considered approach to the project, placing the players’ voices at the heart of the film while crafting imagery that felt both powerful and authentic.
